The Chuan Pure Malt Whisky is meticulously crafted in Emei Mountain by Chinese distillers and through the mastery of three types of oak from three continents: classic bourbon casks from America, rich sherry casks from Spain, and our proprietary Chinese Single Oak from the renowned Changbai Mountain.

Matured in the unique microclimate of Emei Mountain, The Chuan Pure Malt Whisky is distinguished by its rich and complex layers of sherry-forward flavors, complemented by a long finish of aged mandarin peel spice and Chinese woody note.

The Chuan Pure Malt Whisky Finished in Pedro Ximenez Cask is additionally aged in Pedro Ximenez Cask, on top of the triple cask maturation, to elevate the toffee and fig sweetness and making the whisky even richer. Produced in small batch with hand-selected casks, each batch delivers a refined flavor profile with subtle variations.
